PA / Sales Assistant

In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to a dedicated Sales Executive, playing an essential part in their daily operations.

What you’ll be doing

Providing administrative support to a high preforming Sales Executive , including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining client records
Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, listing presentations, and contract documentation
Coordinating open home and inspection schedules
Handling general customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a similar PA or administrative role
Western Australian Sales Registration
Western Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in using real estate software
A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business

The Role:

Delivering exceptional customer service;
Communicating with owners and tenants;
Managing rental arrears;
Ingoing and Outgoing inspections;
Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained;
Lease renewals and agreement preparation;
Processing tenancy applications;
Repairs & maintenance management;
Issuing breach notices as required; and
Conflict resolution

The candidate – to succeed in this role you’ll have:

Minimum 3 years’ property management experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and proactive mindset
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
Positive, reliable, and committed to growth
