The Role:

• Delivering exceptional customer service;
• Communicating with owners and tenants;
• Managing rental arrears;
• Ingoing and Outgoing inspections;
• Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained;
• Lease renewals and agreement preparation;
• Processing tenancy applications;
• Repairs & maintenance management;
• Issuing breach notices as required; and
• Conflict resolution

The candidate – to succeed in this role you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years’ property management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional presentation and proactive mindset
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly

Business Development Assistant (BDM Support)

Property Management | Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Business Development Assistant to support our growing Property Management team in a premium market.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, structure, and working closely with experienced BDMs while building a long-term career in real estate.

The Role

• You will support new property onboarding and leasing by:
• Assisting BDMs with new managements and leasing preparation
• Managing keys, lockboxes, and pre-lease walk-throughs
• Coordinating photography, signboards, and marketing
• Assisting with compliance checks and maintenance coordination
• Attending and scheduling home opens (including Saturdays)
• Supporting leasing applications and documentation
• Preparing internal rental appraisals
• Assisting and supporting Property Management Division with Routines, Application processing as required.
• Assisting with “Just Leased” marketing and DL drops

About You

• Real estate, property management, or admin experience preferred
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator and team player
• Genuine interest and care when it comes to people
• Proactive, reliable, and tech-savvy
• Flexible with hours when required
• Willingness to learn
• Licensed or looking to  acquire PM license
