The Role:

Delivering exceptional customer service;
Communicating with owners and tenants;
Managing rental arrears;
Ingoing and Outgoing inspections;
Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained;
Lease renewals and agreement preparation;
Processing tenancy applications;
Repairs & maintenance management;
Issuing breach notices as required; and
Conflict resolution

The candidate – to succeed in this role you’ll have:

Minimum 3 years’ property management experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and proactive mindset
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
Positive, reliable, and committed to growth
