PA / Sales Assistant

About the role

Are you looking for an exciting Part-Time role in Sales Support? Due to the growth of our team we have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park.

In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to a dedicated Sales Executive, playing an essential part in their daily operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing administrative support to a high preforming Sales Executive , including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining client records
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, listing presentations, and contract documentation
• Coordinating open home and inspection schedules
• Handling general customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar PA or administrative role
• Western Australian Sales Registration 
• Western Drivers License and a reliable vehicle 
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in using real estate software 
• A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
