Rachel is an experienced Head of Department and Licensee with over 20 years of customer experience across Australia and overseas. Known for her strong relationship-building skills and industry expertise, she is passionate about developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. Over the past five years, Rachel has worked as a General Manager and Licensee, overseeing a rent roll of more than 1,500 properties and leading teams through complex property management environments. She brings a hands-on, people-first leadership style and strongly believes that investing in her team and culture underpins long-term success. As Head of Department, Rachel leads the property management division with a strong focus on strategic direction and building meaningful relationships. Through decisive leadership, commercial insight, and close collaboration with sales, she drives operational excellence across the division.
