How it Works

• Refer a landlord who’s looking to lease their property by filling in the form below. Include your information within the ‘Your Contact Details’ section. Include your referral’s details within ‘The Referred Landlord’s Details’ section.
• They sign a 24-month full-fee management agreement.
• Once their property is leased, you receive a $250 Visa gift card.

✔ The management authority must be a full 24-month term
