Applying for a rental property can feel like a big step, especially if you’re new to the process. To make things easier, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide to help you apply quickly and confidently through our online application system.

1. Find the Property You Want to Apply For

Head to the ‘Rent’ section of our website and choose either the Recently Listed or Residential page. From here, browse through the available properties until you find the one that suits you.

2. Start Your Application

Click on the property listing and select the ‘Apply for This Property’ button. You’ll then be taken to our application portal. On this page, look for the yellow rectangular button titled ‘Click Here to Apply’ and follow the link.

3. Apply Through 2Apply

You’ll now be directed to 2Apply, our secure online rental application platform. The homepage will show all current properties available for application. Simply find your chosen property on the list and click ‘Apply’ to begin.

4. Create an Account or Log In

If you’re new to 2Apply, you’ll need to set up an account with your details. If you already have an account, just log in to continue. Once inside, you’ll be asked to fill out the required information, upload your supporting documents (such as ID, payslips and references) and then submit your application.

Helpful Tips for a Strong Application

To give yourself the best chance of success, keep these points in mind:

• Complete all sections: Incomplete applications can slow things down. Make sure every section is filled out.
